Jessica is a Client Success Representative at Travel Media Group and works with hoteliers to directly improve their online reputation. 

Jessica has a BA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in communications management. She has a strong background in the hospitality industry as she has worked front desk at a hotel in Birmingham, managed an IMAX Dome theater, and interned at Walt Disney World Resort. Jessica enjoys photography, kayaking through the beautiful Florida springs, eating her way around Disney World, and spending time with friends, and cat-child, Charles.
