Travel Guide, LLC d/b/a Travel Media Group (a division of Dominion Enterprises) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. Blogs, webinar recordings, podcast episodes and white papers are all accessible to the public.  However, in order to access or utilize some features of our website, you will be required to provide certain information.  For example, when you request customer support from Travel Media Group, we may request certain information, including your name, company name, email address or phone number, so that we can respond to your request. We will also collect your information if you submit a form to inquire about our products or services or contact our company.

  • Travel Media Group Emails

 Emails we send you may include a technology (called a web beacon) that tells Travel Media Group whether you have received or opened the email, or clicked a link in the email. We use Google Analytics to help us collect statistics on visitors to our Website. As part of this service, your web browser will automatically send certain information to Google, including the URL of the page you’re visiting, your IP address, device details, and other user behaviors (e.g., session duration).  Google may also set cookies on your browser or read cookies that are already there.  Please see Google’s Privacy Policy, currently available at https://policies.google.com/privacy, for more information on how Google collects and uses such information.  If you would like to opt-out of having your site activity available to Google Analytics, you can download the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

We use certain services from LinkedIn, including the LinkedIn Insight Tag, to assist us in campaign conversion tracking and website demographics. As part of this service, your browser will automatically send certain information to LinkedIn, including URL, referrer, IP address, device and browser characteristics (User Agent), and timestamp.  LinkedIn may be able to connect the information collected from our Website with your LinkedIn account, but we do not receive any personal information about you and LinkedIn has stated that it does not use this data to profile individuals.  To learn more, please visit LinkedIn’s privacy policy, currently available at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.  LinkedIn members can control the use of their personal data for advertising purposes, including information collected from our Website, through their account settings here.

This Website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to a website. Our Website provide links to other websites whose information practices may be different than ours. Our Websites may also include social media features, such as the Facebook “Like” button and widgets, such as the “Share This” button.
