The Henderson was a re-branding concept where we took over an existing property which didn’t have the greatest reputation. The work that TMG performed was wonderful, we almost eliminated the previous brands profile and we grew our brand substantially. This turn-around was performed in the first year of us working with TMG. The following year we are up by 30% YOY. They control our website and social media, all requests that are asked for are updated within 24 hours. Our social media presence has grown by 46% since our inception with TMG.

That being said, we cannot underestimate the ‘other’ work that they do for us. As owner/operators we have an Inn to run as well as a very busy restaurant and we don’t always have the time to delve in to the world of social media as much as we would like to. Our representatives at TMG are always there to answer questions for us, even if it doesn’t belong in the realm of their responsibilities but they always find a solution for us or point us in the right direction as to who can. I consider TMG to be our partners in our Inn, we are growing our respective businesses together and we couldn’t be happier with our relationship.

As the Guest Services Manager for a large 230 room convention hotel, I have to have information readily available to me.  Travel Media Group provides all that information and more, and does so in a convenient package.  The ability to condense information from the website (that they host), all of the social media content, third-party website reviews, and the internal surveys, is something that [TMG OneView®] does extremely well. [TMG] OneView® is quite easy to navigate, and allows not just me, but anyone with access to see how the hotel is viewed in the eyes of the public.  Couple all that with the monthly follow-up calls with Channing, quick review responses by Kristeena and her crew, and I could not ask for a more well-thought out product and team.  If there is ever an issue, I can send an email or make a call, and that issue is handled in a timely and effective manner.  I would THOROUGHLY recommend Travel Media to any other hotelier, both independent and flagged, as a must-use.

When we first started working with TMG, we had only used them for listing discount hotel coupons in their catalog. However, once we started using them for Listing Management, Reputation Management, Social Media presence, and their Web design, we wished we had worked with them on all of these things earlier!

Over the course of one year, our hotels Community Growth and Reach have exploded. There’s no other media that can touch that many impressions with so little invested.

Listing Management, although harder to track, ensures that when a user sees our product, they are seeing correct and consistent information and the TMG team does all this for us. Again, in a smaller company like ours, we cannot begin to manage the enormous number of listing sites out on the web. Well worth the investment for our company.
