The Henderson was a re-branding concept where we took over an existing property which didn’t have the greatest reputation. The work that TMG performed was wonderful, we almost eliminated the previous brands profile and we grew our brand substantially. This turn-around was performed in the first year of us working with TMG. The following year we are up by 30% YOY. They control our website and social media, all requests that are asked for are updated within 24 hours. Our social media presence has grown by 46% since our inception with TMG.
That being said, we cannot underestimate the ‘other’ work that they do for us. As owner/operators we have an Inn to run as well as a very busy restaurant and we don’t always have the time to delve in to the world of social media as much as we would like to. As the Guest Services Manager for a large 230 room convention hotel, I have to have information readily available to me. Listing Management, although harder to track, ensures that when a user sees our product, they are seeing correct and consistent information and the TMG team does all this for us. Again, in a smaller company like ours, we cannot begin to manage the enormous number of listing sites out on the web. Well worth the investment for our company.
